Terms and conditions

The responsibilities that accompany use of the website and clinic reporting tools.

Draft for review. This wording needs approval from Orvexa AI and its legal advisers before it is treated as a final policy. It does not replace a signed clinic agreement.

Scope and clinic agreements

Orvexa AI provides tools to connect clinic systems, organize reporting workflows, and prepare reports for review. These draft terms describe intended use of the website and service. Your clinic's signed agreement takes precedence if its terms differ. Pricing, service commitments, and data-processing terms should be confirmed in that agreement.

Authorized access

Use your own account and only access clinics, systems, and records you are authorized to use. Keep passwords, verification codes, and integration credentials private. Tell your clinic administrator promptly if access should be removed or you suspect an account has been compromised.

Clinic and clinical responsibilities

Your clinic is responsible for its authority to provide data and connect third-party systems. Follow your clinic's consent, privacy, retention, and record-handling procedures. Verify the patient, source data, report content, and recipient before approving, downloading, or filing a report.

Generated drafts do not replace professional clinical judgment. A healthcare provider must review the report and decide whether it is appropriate for the patient and intended use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another clinic's records, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the service. Do not place patient information or credentials in public contact forms, template examples, or support messages.

Connected services and data

Connections to third-party systems depend on your clinic's permissions and those providers' availability and terms. Review the privacy notice and cookie policy for the website and browser-storage disclosures. Optional analytics choices are separate from account access.

Questions and review

Use the contact form for service or contract questions without including patient information. Before final publication, Orvexa AI and its legal advisers must confirm the contracting entity, applicable law, commercial terms, and any required additional disclosures.
